Remi is an Air Force veteran who struggled with weight and health issues in his 20’s. His zeal for life, and after some serious self-reflection, Remi was motivated to change. He started his own fitness journey which didn’t just include working out, it meant changing his entire lifestyle.
Remi’s resume includes a number of certifications including: TRX certification, Certified Personal Trainer, and Strong First level one Kettlebell Certification. With 15 years of physical fitness experience and a hunger for continued education, Remi is the perfect fitness professional to guide anyone toward a more fit future.
He has tailored programs for athletes, the disabled, younger and older clients alike. Remi has even developed several personalized fitness programs for expected and postpartum mothers. Your physical limitations are not a deterrent for the owner of Make No Excuses!
